Full Of It: Sincere Integrity
I’m still loving the “Full Of It” series. Worship sunday was powerful. I am reading “Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire” right now with the rest of the staff and it has changed the way I worship. This read has been a great reminder that no matter how talented any of our musicians are or how many creative elements we have……it all means nothing if the presence of God isn’t moving.
“Jesus called fisherman, not graduates of rabbinical schools.” This line of the book resonates with me because I have never taken a seminary class or had the first vocal/guitar lesson. I am probably an unlikely candidate for my job, but I understand that the same power that conquered the grave lives in me.
“God is attracted to weakness. He can’t resist those who humbly and honestly admit how desperately they need Him. Our weakness, in fact, makes room for His power.”
That is how we worship at Freedom Church: by making room for His power!

Passion For His Presence (Easter)
Easter was exactly as I anticipated: The greatest worship experience I have ever been a part of. Pastor JR brought the most powerful message about being passionate for the presence of God. On sunday we were a church that was passionate for God’s presence and that is exactly what we got!
There were a lot of creative elements: We had a 12 foot “It” on stage, a freedom choir, and amazing video elements. All of these things were unbelievable, but only because the presence of God was moving through them. The highlight of it all was the lives that professed Jesus as Savior! I am so humbled to be part of this God movement. Here is just a glimpse of what we experienced:

Sunday we are kicking off a brand new 6 week series called “Full Of It.” A lot of people probably think we’re full of it and they’re right. Come find out just what “It” is that we’re full of. I am more excited about this sunday than any worship experience I’ve ever been a part of in my life.
The set list is going to be rockin and the creative elements are going to make this the most memorable worship experience of your life. Most importantly, we are going to celebrate at the top of our lungs that our Savior Jesus is risen and He reigns! Don’t miss “It!”
